We’re looking for a 

Tech lead Sim Engineer

Location: Guadalajara (able to work from the office 2 or 3 times per week)

Ideal SIM and Device Operations tech lead candidates have:

 2+ years of experience leading teams 


  • Microservices - REST API, CRUD, CI/CD, Java - Springboot, Python - Flask, Postman.
  • Four years of experience utilizing coding languages such as Python, Java or C++ and working within a cloud environment utilizing technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure or VMware;  
  • Ability to troubleshoot systems, identify bugs, relate to development, and test fixes;  
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts, processes, software and development ideas;  
  • Experience in wireless network rollout, integration, operations and maintenance is a plus.

What you can expect from us

  • Hybrid work, 2 or 3 times per week in office.
  • 100% Payroll Scheme
  • $90,000 to $100,000 gross salary
  • 10% of the savings fund of your gross salary (up to the official limit of the savings fund). Employee 5% / Company 5%
  • Food Stamps $10,000 MXN per year that are divided monthly ($830 MXN per month).
