The Challenge: 

The Tech Lead is responsible for driving the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, and guaranteeing delivery quality across backend, frontend, and DevOps areas.They serve as the bridge between architecture, product, and development teams, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability.

. Key Roles and Responsabilities:

• Define and maintain software architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, modular design)

• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

• Guide developers (frontend, backend, DevOps) through code reviews and mentoring.

• Drive automation, performance improvements, and cost efficiency on AWS.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Full professional English

Experience and Skills:

• Programming Proficiency in one or more programinglanguages: Java, Node.js, .NET

• Cloud (AWS) Deep knowledge of AWS services

• CI/CD & DevOps Experience with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, and artifact management, version control with Git, automated testing integration.

• Architecture Microservices, event-driven design, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Database SQL

• Monitoring & Observability AWS CloudWatch, ELK/EFK stack, Grafana, Application Insights.

• Agile Delivery Jira or Azure Boards

Experience Requirements

• 5–10 years in software development.

• 3–5 years leading development teams (preferably cross-functional).

• Proven track record delivering large-scale cloud-native applications

• Experience in Agile + DevOps environments with CI/CD maturity.

• Exposure to cost optimization and performance tuning on AWS.
