As part of our internal HR team , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, driving motivation and alignment, and fostering a culture that reflects our values of collaboration, ownership, and growth.
Responsibilities-
Support the onboarding and relocation processes for new collaborators.

Ensure a seamless experience and continuous follow-up during their journey at Crossbridge.

Promote motivation, engagement, and team cohesion across assigned collaborators.

Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins and annual reviews to ensure well-being and performance alignment.

Keep collaborator information updated in the SuccessBridge platform.

Collaborate with leadership to improve internal HR processes and ensure policy alignment.

Lead and support internal HR communications such as anniversaries, birthdays, and company events.

Minimum of 1+ year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role.

English level: B1 or higher.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work proactively with minimal supervision.

Experience leading live sessions or follow-ups with collaborators.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of Canva.

Familiarity with administrative or IT environments is a plus.
