Team Lead - Cloud React Senior en Medina Consultores

Lead the engineering team in developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based solutions focused on telemetry data processing and visualization. This role is critical in driving innovations that optimize vehicle performance, enhance safety, and improve operational efficiency in a dynamic and collaborative environment supporting digital transformation.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud solutions for telemetry data.

• Manage backend development for data ingestion, storage, processing, and analysis, ensuring system availability and optimization.

• Design data pipelines for real-time and batch processing using tools like Python, Pandas, and messaging protocols such as OPC UA and MQTT.

• Administer relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, NoSQL systems, time-series databases, and large-scale data storage.

• Supervise the development of user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.

• Apply security best practices and conduct system audits to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.

• Use containerization and deployment tools, such as Docker and orchestration platforms, for system reliability and automation.

• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and architectures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional certifications are a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development or cloud engineering.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.

• Industry experience in vehicle telemetry, data platforms, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Cloud architecture: experience with major cloud providers and microservices.

• Programming and data processing: Python, data workflows, telemetry protocols.

• Databases: relational and non-relational systems, time-series data storage.

• Web front-end: development with JavaScript, React, and interface frameworks.

• DevOps and version control: container tools, CI/CD processes, and source code management.

• Team leadership and coaching.

• Effective communication and collaboration.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

• Flexibility and a proactive mindset.

• High level of English proficiency (technical and conversational).
