TA Manager. 

 

Responsibilities:
The major areas of responsibility will be leading the recruitment team, finding and hiring great engineers.


As a Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers
  • Tracking recruitment team productivity on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
  • Participating in creating/updating Recruitment related processes, procedures, guidelines;
  • Providing all necessary information on resources, salaries, availability of candidates on the market
  • Ensuring satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;
  • Making sure that all guidelines, agreements and processes are followed by the team members 

 

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:

  • Search, selection, and communication with candidates;
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers;
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers;
  • Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;
  • Participate in different marketing activities (meetups, workshops, conferences), promote on the market, build a network of potential candidates;
  • Keep reporting data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;
  • Highlight issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and vacancy promotion on the market;
  • Identify unique selling points needed to create the most attractive job offer; 

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment;
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment in IT industry;
  • Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English;
  • Proven track record of making hires in IT recruitment;
  • Lead/Mentorship experience is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Service and delivery approach;
  • A high level of self-motivation and proactivity is required;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
  • Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources

 

Point Sao Paulo Location

Hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday
