We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a System Administrator.
This position is responsible for assisting in: serving as a bridge between the development and operations functions identifying the interdependencies and productivity barriers between these functions as they collaborate for continuous solutions delivery accelerating development-operations collaboration by developing automation for operations processes improving developer productivity and delivery speed by enabling them to be more self-sufficient working collaboratively with software engineer

Roles & Responsibilities
Experience with JIRA Administration and Developing software solutions on Atlassian tools.
Must have the ability to develop & enhance JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, customized screens schemes, etc. for a large enterprise.
Experience with JIRA APIs and tool Integration.
Deep Understanding of the Script Runner plug-in for JIRA including Script Fragments, condition/validator/post function workflow scripts, script listeners and behaviors.
Ability to develop and deploy custom plugins for JIRA and can Install, support, evaluate and troubleshoot JIRA plugins.
Experience with JIRA Configuration Manager or similar add-ons to managing deployments of changes in JIRA.
Experience in continuous integration, test-driven development, and other DevOps disciplines
Experience with developing enterprise integrations to facilitate end-to end traceability
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
Interpersonal skills to communicate the benefits of automated operations processes to both development and operations teams
