Support Engineer + Google Cloud Platform in México
We are looking for a Support Engineer with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with strong technical expertise and collaborative skills to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, hands-on experience with GCP, and the ability to solve complex problems in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Experience with GCP services including GKE, Cloud Dataproc, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Composer for deployment, data processing, monitoring, and orchestration

Implementation of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build or Jenkins across multiple environments such as dev, QA, and production

Use of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently

Technical support experience for enterprise cloud applications including incident resolution and collaboration with global teams at L1, L2, or L3 levels

Configuration of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to detect and respond to issues in cloud environments

GCP certifications and use of scripting or automation to resolve incidents and optimize operational workflows
Responsibilities

Identify root causes of technical issues and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to cloud and data-driven applications across environments

Work with global support teams to ensure timely and comprehensive incident resolution

Design and implement cloud solutions using GCP services aligned with business needs

Optimize application performance, enhance security, and contribute to successful cloud project delivery

Apply best practices in cloud architecture, continuous integration, and deployment processes
