Storage (NAS and SAN) Associate Manager en Pepsico

As a Storage (NAS and SAN) Associate Manager your scope would consist of:


  • Partner with Service Providers and key stakeholders to provide the required Storage support to meet business requirements and ensure appropriate availability of infrastructure services
  • Partner with Service Providers service delivery teams to review service Levels, KPls and metrics to ensure service levels are met through regular operational reviews
  • Partner with PepsiCo and Partner Architects, Compute and Network Engineers and other stakeholders to assist in the design, communication and implementation of Strategies, Technology Roadmaps, Standards, Processes and Services
  • Partner with Information Security Group to ensure security, track out of support equipment still in use across infrastructure Pri8eTr RIBES Form
  • Partner with Asset Management, Capacity and Performance Management for Global IT Servers, Storage and Automation to assist in establishing a forecast model and anticipate demand across infrastructure services.
  • Provide change governance and change ownership across infrastructure services by attending all relevant Change Approval Boards
  • Perform financial forecasting; manage project and operational budgets.
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and processes.
  • Evolve and apply to continuously improve IT services.
  • Make and influence technical and business decisions.
  • Work closely with Supplier Relationship Team to foster healthy supplier relationships, manage contracts, product performance, usage monitoring and forecast, service levels and expectations
  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering Leaders to establish criteria and execution that ensures proper transition from Engineering to Operational areas for project delivery and production support.
  • Lead the triage of complex problems as needed to ensure restoration or quality of service and support critical incidents when required.
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance to lead development and ownership of in scope Data Centre disaster recovery plans and ensure regular review of DR plans and tests.
  • Develop opportunities for cross-team effectiveness and remove organizational barriers for strong teamwork, collaboration, and excellent Compute service delivery.


Who Are We Looking For?

 

Experience


  • 5+ years of related IT business work experience
  • Dell Storage portfolio for Block, File and Object Storage
  • Storage Automation
  • Scripting using PowerShell, Python
  • Azure NetApp Files (ANF)
  • At least 5 years in technical subject matter expertise position Operational experience in technical platforms (Cloud storage, Network attached storage, Block storage, Backup and Recovery, Server platforms a plus)
  • Project delivery experience
  • Strong analytical skills to support problem troubleshooting, resolution, and root cause determination to complex technology issues


Tech Skills


  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Agile practitioner (SAFe framework + Azure DevOps)
  • ITIL — Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem and Asset Management Processes.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in CPG industry preferred.
  • Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to explain complex
