**Responsibilities:**

- Manage Smart Factory program activities, ensuring roadmap monitoring and compliance.

- Analyze, design, develop and implement engineering solutions for the integration of automation platforms and I4.0 business systems.

- Interact with clients to identify needs and areas for improvement, proposing effective solutions.

- Map business processes and conceptualize digital solutions.

**Required skills:**

- 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

- 3-5 years of experience in requirements analysis and development of engineering solutions.

- Solid knowledge in performance evaluation and change management principles.

**Desired Skills:**

- Experience in IoT, smart manufacturing, and connected supply chains.

- Familiarity with Azure Cloud and manufacturing data platforms.
