Sr Java Developer - Backend en Dexian Mexico

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Java native/backend application development
• Proven long-term stability and commitment in previous roles

Core Technical Skills (Must have all the core skills):

• Ability to work independently after requirements are shared
• Java 17+
• Spring Boot (production-level experience)
• Strong hands-on experience with RESTful services (design & development)
• Cloud-native application development
• S trong Microservices architecture experience
• Strong hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases and SQL

• Good understanding of database design and optimization

Messaging Systems Integration (Hands-on experience, Critical):

• Apache Kafka
• Azure Event Hub
• IBM MQ

Streaming & Big Data (Preferred):

• Apache Flink (real-time data streaming)
• Apache HBase or similar NoSQL technologies
• Event-driven / streaming architecture experience

Backend Architecture:

• Good experience in Scalable and distributed system design
• API design, security, and performance tuning

Cloud/DevOps:

• Azure cloud experience preferred

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, Git Action

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
