Sr Business Analyst en Gta Telecom De México

We’re hiring a  Senior Business Analyst – Operations  with strong experience in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and driving technology initiatives across global teams.

$60,000 - $70,000 MXN gross monthly

Contract or Full-Time

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST/CST alignment preferred)

Monterrey, Mexico (Onsite – flexible, starting with 1–2 days per month)

Candidates must be located in the Monterrey Metro Area

Advanced English (mandatory – strong verbal and written communication with global teams)

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with global Operations and business teams
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Define project scope, high-level plans, and cost-benefit analysis with delivery teams
• Document and map current-state business processes
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
• Prioritize requirements based on business impact and value
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
• Write and manage user stories, ensuring proper understanding by dev teams
• Support development lifecycle through to production deployment
• Monitor implementations to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Conduct research to solve complex business and technology problems
• Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience writing user stories and working with development teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience documenting business processes and requirements
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes

Nice to have:

• Experience with Generative AI tools
• Experience supporting operations or enterprise systems
• Exposure to global or cross-functional teams
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis and business case development
