We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong experience partnering directly with clients, leading technical work streams, and contributing to shaping the overall solution architecture.

Requirements :

• 6+ years of experience in the Finance space.
• Strong technical background with expertise in Asset Finance systems.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL migration, and interface development experience.
• Deep knowledge of asset finance domains, including Assets & Residual Value Management, Asset Finance accounting fundamentals, Auto-Leasing and Equipment Finance Concepts, Hire Purchase & Loan structures, In-Life contract servicing, Quote to contract life-cycle.
• Proven experience in designing integrations using APIs, XML, web services.
• Strong functional understanding of business workflows and finance operations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience leading consulting or professional services delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance solutions.
• Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environmental readiness.
• Oversee data migration approach, validation strategy, and cutover execution.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops with clients and translating needs into functional + technical designs.
• Define solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategy.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Validate business processes such as quote-to-contract, in-life servicing, and accounting flows.
• Provide guidance on best practices, domain standards, and product capabilities.
• Support project managers in planning, risk management, and solution delivery governance.
