As an experienced Senior Systems Administrator (Linux Admin) , you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects without the extensive demands of travel. Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines.

Qualifications
•3+ years of experience
•Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•Cloud Infrastructure
•Microsoft Office
•Advanced Linux Operating System Administration / Engineering
•Preferred: Certified in advanced Linux Operating System Administration
Responsibilities
•Provide technical support in the areas of computer hardware and software.
•Administer, configure, monitor and test application servers for business and network operations.
•Performs daily system monitoring of system KPIs and take necessary action.
•Verifies integrity and availability of hardware, network and server installations
•Verifies completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, restores, and patches.
•Stay current on new and emerging trends to provide input on new technology solutions.
•Implement end user and application security functions
•Monitor storage capacities and performance for applications servers.
•Analyzes and resolves technology and end user incidents during standard business hours or on-call rotations; Monitors issue resolutions and collaborates with the application team and engineers when necessary to resolve and apply fixes
•Review compliance with Software Testing Life-Cycle standards.
•Maintains standard application and operations procedure documentation
•May serve internal or external clients.
•Assists with special projects and generating ad-hoc reports.
•Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
