About the Role:  

In this opportunity as a Senior Solution Consultant , you will:

  • Accumulates expertise and demonstrates mastery of specific TAX product/content.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the most relevant customer needs within area of specialism.
  • Identifies how customer needs can be addressed through different product options and configurations to deliver the most impact.
  • Shares knowledge and best practices with broader Sales team by supporting on pursuits.
  • Defaults to engaging customers through virtual channels for the majority of deals.
  • Acts as overlay support towards the end of the Sales cycle, to drive sales towards close.
  • Focuses on more complex, higher value new logo and incremental sales (upsell/cross-sell) opportunities.
  • Works in a pooled team across accounts within subsegment, rather than account or territory-aligned.
  • Gathers and shares best practices across the broader Sales teams to support account/territory strategies.
  • Grow sales in collaboration with Sales Executives, Client Executives and Key Account Managers utilizing specialist knowledge to deliver gross sales.
  • Major emphasis on opening up new business, both within existing accounts and new customers.
  • Assist in key retention situations as required.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Professionals graduated degree (with commercial orientation and customer services).
  • Fluent English.
  • Passion about technology and the ability to convince clients about the benefits of digital transformation and new ways of working
  • Excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate and knowledgeable with the ability to evangelise our products
  • Comfortable being part of a sales cycle and working with prospects
  • Analytical and creative with the ability to design solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Equally comfortable engaging with clients at Partner or C-Level as with front-line users and administrators
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a real passion for technology and product innovation
  • Desire to work in an open, collaborative environment with a team of creative and innovative people that are passionate about what they do
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sales driven and inspiring, with a mix of product, solutions and legal experience
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to a high-profile audience (from decision makers to the end user).
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a team and autonomously, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
  • Must be open, flexible and creative with respect to time management and scheduling.
