About the Role: Lead the design and development of our flagship CRE product utilizing a modern stack, while driving architectural decisions and mentoring engineers .

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect robust APIs and scalable front-end systems using React, Python, and Django .

• Lead the integration of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and agentic AI features to enhance application intelligence .

• Establish coding standards, reduce technical debt, and ensure automated testing coverage .

• Own deployment procedures and lead refactoring initiatives .

Requirements & Experience:

• 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer with technical leadership experience .

• Expert-level proficiency with React (Vite, TanStack Query) and Python (Django REST Framework) .

• Proven experience leveraging AI tools in production environments .

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and Agile development practices .
