Senior Java Backend Software Engineer en It Seekers

Do you have experience designing large-scale distributed systems and mastering the AWS ecosystem? We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join the global team of a prominent international client in the technology and wireless connectivity sector. Your main role will be to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems in the AWS cloud, participating across the entire software development lifecycle.

• Development & Design: Design and develop highly scalable backend services and robust APIs using modern programming languages.

• Cloud Architecture: Build and maintain a microservices architecture and serverless applications utilizing AWS cloud services.

• Data Management: Design and optimize data persistence utilizing both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Software Lifecycle: Collaborate across requirements specification, system design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting complex issues reported in the field.

• Global Collaboration: Work actively within agile, multidisciplinary, and international teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Java Backend or Java Full-Stack software development.

• English: Advanced Conversational Business Level ( C1 mandatory ), capable of interacting fluidly with team leads and stakeholders abroad.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, deep technical analysis capacity, proactive problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.

• Cloud & Serverless: Expert mastery of AWS environments, including Serverless architectures, Lambda , API Gateway, and CloudWatch.

• Databases: Solid experience with relational databases ( MySQL ) and NoSQL ( DynamoDB , Redis ).

• Containers & DevOps: Practical experience working with Docker and Kubernetes . Firm understanding of CI/CD tools and principles.

• Software Architecture: Deep familiarity with microservices, message queues, and event-driven architectures ( SQS , SNS , EventBridge ).

• Salary: From $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 MXN Net monthly

• Location: 100% Remote from anywhere within Mexico.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (48-hour weekly base).
