As the Business Partner and Recruiter, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of the IT
and Digital Transformation Department by partnering with the Global Chief Information Officer in
Mexico to build a global and integrated IT team. By attracting talent, developing and guiding
workforce through important change and engaging with leaders worldwide, you will be fostering
employee engagement and enhancing employee experience. In this role, you will be part of the
Global HR Team, reporting into the Global HR Director, and you will be involved in various HR
initiatives to nurture the One ECOM strategy and ensure compliance with Group HR policies within
IT.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience, including 3 years of proven relevant experience in
IT recruitment
- Expert in managing IT recruitment platforms
- High level of knowledge relating to business technology, complex IT functions and
organization structures
- Strong ability to engage with managers and work collaboratively and with flexibility to
influence and champion effective leadership and change at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to adapt to the multicultural
needs
- Fluent in English (reading and writing) and Spanish, other languages like Portuguese would
be a plus
- Willing to travel worldwide up to 20 %
