Scrum Master Middle - Remoto en Apex Systems

As a Scrum Master Mid, you'll have excellent relationship building, leadership. You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the Agile team and not just a task driver and status provider. Responsibilities:

• Have strong experience in Software Lifecycle and Innovative Applications for Software
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, grooming, retrospectives, etc.).
• Work closely with the project manager to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Address and remove impediments affecting the team's progress to ensure smooth project execution.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices to improve performance and outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.
• Track and report team progress using Agile tools and metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience using: Jira or Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• High adaptability and capacity to manage change.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
