SAP S4 o9 Integration Lead LATAM-Remote Job en Randstad México

Objectives:

-Lead the integration of legacy systems for sales, implementation of complex architectures and management of middleware such as MuleSoft, Talend and B2B and the implementing SAP S4/HANA interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with other business and operational systems is essential.

-Lead global and regional teams, and manage the connectivity of critical systems to sales operation in multiple markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree, Titled. 

Languages: Spanish + Advanced English (essential requirement to collaborate with international stakeholders

10+ years of experience in:

-Complex systems integration and technology architecture.

-Project management including knowledge of Agile

-Technical expertise and a passion for innovation, understanding a variety of

disruptive technology products and services

-Technical and business acumen to evaluate opportunities with internal and external partners

-Machine learning/artificial intelligence programming languages

-The start-up landscape.

-Familiarity with the fast-moving consumer goods or related sector

-Leading internal and external teams through complex challenges and developing

-Creative solutions/options

-Driving for results and Analytical Skills

-Integration sales legacy systems with new technologies.

-Implementation SAP S/4HANA interfaces and integration with other business and operational systems.

-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Talend and B2B.

-Implementation complex systems in high transactional environments.

-Lead global and regional teams, with a focus on international project management.

-Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture and ETL.

-Skills in data management, cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity

-Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
