This role plays a key part in enabling seamless connectivity between business applications, external partners, and core ERP systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across integration landscapes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and manage integration requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, translating them into scalable and efficient solution designs leveraging standard APIs
- Define integration architecture decisions aligned with ISA-M principles and SAP Integration Suite capabilities
- Design and develop interfaces using:
- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- SAP Process Orchestration (PO)
- SAP API Management
- Integrate cloud solutions (e.g., SAP Commerce, Salesforce, Workday) and external B2B partners with SAP S/4HANA core systems
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation , development guidelines, and security standards
- Ensure reliable operation of integrations, including:
- Monitoring and alerting
- Incident resolution
- Continuous testing (regression and performance testing)
- Manage deployments, releases, transports, and go-live activities
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate in a global environment, working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with strong expertise in:
- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- SAP Process Orchestration (PO) (certification preferred)
- Solid experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA integrations
- SAP API Management
- EDI solutions / Trading Partner Management
- Proven experience troubleshooting SAP integration issues and optimizing performance
- Strong knowledge of integration security standards:
- SSL, PGP, Encryption
- SAML, OAuth
- Experience working in global and distributed teams
- Ability to engage with stakeholders, clarify requirements, and challenge assumptions when needed
- Capability to design high-level solutions and estimate delivery effort
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles (blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live support)
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA ) and status reporting
- Excellent communication skills ( English C1/C2 required )
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
