About the role:

As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you will:

  • Manage daily support requests to be completed efficiently (users' creation and modification, reports and dashboards management, bugs and data management).

  • Work on change requests related to user access and other system improvements.

  • Identify enhancements proactively to improve supportability, operability or performance of SFDC.com system.

  • Testing new development work with the Delivery team.

  • Provide user training required to ensure correct and effective system usage.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for all the business processes supported in SFDC.com system.

About you:

  • Must have experience and skills to interpret business needs and translate them into functional/operational requirements. Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting SFDC.com.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly.

  • Ability to share knowledge and contribute to a team.

  • Self-starter; proactive; flexible and determined.

  • Fluent English language is required.
