The Team

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop, and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Work you’ll do.

As a Senior Consultant , you will work within an engagement team to design, implement, and optimize Sales Performance Management solutions to drive sales effectiveness and maximize revenue.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help companies maximize the return for their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investment.
  • Work with Sales and Operations leaders to deliver the best-in-class services for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting digital sales technology tools.
  • Offer end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support.
  • Act in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleagues.
  • Responsible for business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
  • Contribute to the internal development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)
  • A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of sales planning and/or sales compensation issues
  • 4 + years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
  • Experience preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user stories.
  • At least 2+ years' experience designing and configuring solutions in Anaplan, Varicent, Fusion Incentive Compensation or SAP Commissions
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve. 
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. 

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in related specialization area
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)
