Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Language Requirement: Advanced English (B2 or higher) – All documentation is in English

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate QA Tester to join our on-site team in Santa Fe, CDMX. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our software products through manual testing techniques. You will collaborate closely with developers and other team members to detect and resolve bugs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute defined testing tasks under the guidance of senior QA team members.
  • Design and implement effective test plans and test cases.
  • Perform manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
  • Report and track issues using tools like Jira and Trello.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand product features and assist in debugging.
  • Document test results clearly and provide actionable feedback.
  • Stay updated with current QA methodologies and testing best practices.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams to support project goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or strong understanding of manual software testing .
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test case design .
  • Experience using Jira , Trello , or similar project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) – all documentation and communication are conducted in English.
