About the Role:

The Software Engineer III – Automation Specialist will focus on quality assurance automation with a strong QA background. The role involves developing testing plans, implementing automation frameworks, and contributing to the development and maintenance of applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing plans.
  • Automate quality assurance processes.
  • Contributes to the development of new features and application maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
  • Leverage AWS knowledge for cloud-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • All Qualified Applicants must reside in Mexico City and be able to go to the office
  • 3–5 years in software development or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications (Optional): ISTQB, AWS Certified Tester, etc.
  • Experience with the .NET or Angular technology stack
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift-Left testing
  • Background in security testing and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Technical Skills

  • .NET, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Testing Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, .NET, Angular
  • Azure DevOps, Jenkins
  • API Testing: Postman, RestAssured (or similar tools)
  • Performance Testing: JMeter (or equivalent tools)
