Responsibilities

• Requirements and Data Analysis:  Analyze and document business requirements, facilitating communication between technical and business teams. Perform data analysis to support decision making and optimize existing processes.
• Process Design and Optimization:  Design and implement solutions to improve process efficiency and develop new processes when necessary. Use methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
• Implementation and Continuous Improvement:  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Evaluate and adjust processes to maintain effectiveness and efficiency.
• Project Management:  Apply advanced project management skills to coordinate and direct efforts in process improvement. Facilitate communication between different areas and ensure compliance with project objectives.

Requirements

• On Site (Blvd. Adolfo Lopez Mateos 91, 52987 El Potrero, Méx.)
• Experience in process analysis, requirements documentation, and process modeling.
• Use methodologies and other continuous improvement techniques.
• Advanced skills in project management and effective communication.
• Previous experience in the technology, manufacturing, services or consulting industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and solve problems efficiently.

Desired Competencies:

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement techniques.
• Familiarity with project management tools and data analysis.
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement processes and process optimization in complex environments.
