 We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with experience leading technology projects across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models. The ideal candidate will be capable of coordinating distributed teams, ensuring customer value delivery, and driving projects to completion on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
• Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation and IT projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary local and remote teams, fostering effective collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and scope.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project requirements.
• Develop effective communication plans while considering different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, removing blockers to ensure continuity.
• Prepare project status reports, KPIs, metrics, and executive presentations for stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and technical teams.
