Power BI Analyst Senior - Remoto en Global Delivery Center Capgemini

We are seeking a  Power BI Analyst  with 4+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering at least two successful projects using Power BI. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. Hands-on experience with  Microsoft Fabric  is required, as it plays a key role in our data ecosystem. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects is also valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using  Power BI .

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data visualizations that support strategic decisions.

• Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.

• Stay current with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and industry best practices.

• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and contribute to data literacy across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

• Proven delivery of 2 or more projects using Power BI in a professional setting.

• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Experience with SAP BO

• Background in financial services or lending.

• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and Azure data tools.
