We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as  Performance Tester

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and performance of software solutions.

- Oversee the development and execution of test plans using LoadRunner and NeoLoad for performance validation.

- Collaborate with development teams to identify system requirements and incorporate them into the testing process.

- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

- Ensure testing methodologies align with the specific needs of the Payer domain.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices to enhance product quality.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions on best practices in testing and performance validation.

- Manage a team of SDET professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software testing and performance validation.

- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality.

- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the testing team.

 

 

 

Required Skills:

Performance Testing

-            Experience in Requirement Gathering

-            Should have worked on all phases of Performance Testing life cycle

-            Experience in Performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter / NeoLoad.

-            Should have experience in monitoring and APM tools like Splunk, AppDynamics / Dynatrace

-            Experience in one of the Cloud platforms in terms of approach for Scalability and Resiliency

-            Deep understanding of the Payer domain and its impact on testing strategies .

 

Nice to Have: Security Testing

-            SAST (Fortify or any other tool ) and DAST    (BurpSuite or any other tool)

-            API Security testing using ReadyAPI or any other tool.

-            Experience in CI/CD implementation

-            Experience in analysis in Heap dump and Thread Dump analysis
