A Performance Lead QA builder who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Performance Engineer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Americas Delivery LATAM leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Mexico.

Desired Profile:
• +7 years of experience working in Software Performance Test (Web and mobile) roles. 

• Working experience in Performance Testing- Volume, Load, Stress, and Soak Testing. 

• Should be able to build the Workload Model for the performance test requirements. 

• At least 5+ years of experience using LoadRunner for performance testing. Develop scripts, execute, and analyze the test results in Load Runner Enterprise. 

• Experienced in NFR (Non-Functional Requirement) gathering, design, execute, analyze performance tests. 

• Understanding of performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics. 

• Good to have Splunk as well. 

• SAP ECC; SAP S4 Hana Domain knowledge is an added advantage to have but is not mandatory. 

• Experience leading, coordinating and mentoring IT teams. 

• Advanced English is required.
