Position: Oracle Specialist Finance

Location: Hybrid (3 days at office, 2 days from home)

Work Shift: Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Requirements:

·          Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

·          3+ years of experience with Oracle Financials EBS.

·          Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

·          Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·          Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsabilities:

·          Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, PA, CM, etc.).

·          Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.

·          Configure and maintain Oracle Financials modules to support business processes.

·          Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to streamline financial workflows.

·          Support month-end and year-end close processes through system enhancements and troubleshooting.

·          Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

·          Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

·          Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
