Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Specialist – Implementation Advisory
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level advisory and subject-matter expertise for the Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation.
- Review and validate the overall Unifier solution architecture and functional design.
- Assess business requirements and their translation into Unifier business processes, workflows, forms, shells, cost structures, and configuration.
- Review implementation-partner deliverables and provide recommendations regarding design quality, maintainability, scalability, and alignment with Oracle recommended practices.
- Advise on the design and configuration of key Unifier capabilities, including:
oBusiness Processes and workflows
oCost Management and Cost Sheets
oContracts , commitments, change management, and payment processes
oProject and program controls
oDocument management
oUser -defined reports and dashboards
oShell templates and project structures
oData migration and master-data strategy
- Provide guidance on integration architecture and interfaces between Primavera Unifier and enterprise systems such as ERP, financial, procurement, scheduling, and reporting platforms.
- Review integration requirements and designs involving Unifier REST APIs, web services, and other supported integration mechanisms.
- Support design workshops, solution reviews, and technical/functional decision-making sessions.
- Identify design gaps, implementation risks, dependencies, and potential operational issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
- Review testing strategy and key test scenarios and provide advisory support during SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
- Provide recommendations regarding security, user administration, permissions, governance, and environment management.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex functional or technical issues encountered during implementation.
- Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to customer and project-team resources.
- Participate in implementation health checks and provide clear findings, recommendations, and prioritized remediation actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders while maintaining effective collaboration with the implementation partner and Oracle teams.
Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, ideally 7+ years working with the product and multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Demonstrated experience leading or providing senior advisory/architect-level support for complex Primavera Unifier implementations.
Deep functional knowledge of Unifier configuration, including Business Processes, workflows, shells, cost management, permissions, reporting, and administration.
Strong understanding of capital project and construction management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, contracts, commitments, change orders, invoices/payments, and project controls.
Experience reviewing and designing integrations between Primavera Unifier and ERP or other enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of Unifier REST APIs, web services, integration concepts, and data migration approaches.
Experience with solution-design reviews, implementation assessments, troubleshooting, and implementation quality assurance.
Ability to translate business requirements into robust Unifier solution designs and identify when proposed configurations may introduce scalability, maintainability, or operational risks.
Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior customer stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and system integrators.
Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex advisory activities .
Proficiency in English Advance
Ability to work within Brazilian business hours. ( 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or at least start at 8:00 a.m. and finish at 5:00 p.m . Mexico time)
