Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions. As a Manager you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the Insights, Innovation & Operate Offering through:
· Managing end-to-end delivery and of multiple global AMS projects. This role involves in-depth understanding of processes across various HCM modules and the ability to define various strategies and leading teams. Manager will both drive and manage teams of various sizes and interact closely with multiple cross functional teams (sales, functional, PMO, SLAs, etc.).
· Play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions
· Work closely with customer, technical and functional teams to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables
· Lead the operate team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
· Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, purchase orders, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources
· Act as an Oracle subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes

Qualifications
Required
· 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
· Completion of coursework ( Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry
· Responsible for client and team management including proactive value creation activities
· Support sales activities, account management, and project planning
· Advanced English level
· At least 8 years of experience in HCM ERP
· Consulting and project management experience in delivering and AMS engagements on Oracle HCM space (Oracle experience must)
· Ability to play lead roles preferably on multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points
· Strong technical hands-on and development experience in Oracle. Should have a good understanding in Oracle inbound/outbound interfaces, calculated fields, reports and studio
· Experience in HR processes and having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in any of the following business areas is preferred - Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Student Solutions and Talent Management
· Experience leading large, multi-region, AMS engagements
· Understands HCM maintenance strategies across work, understands review processes and sets standards and checkpoints to ensure quality deliverables, understands how HR application interfaces with other modules / third party applications and respective dependencies
· Should have experience in leading large disparate teams in a global delivery model
· Ability to leverage subject matter expertise to provide hands-on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc.
· Ability to support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
· Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Should have high energy level and passion for technology
