Mission:
The Oracle Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content within Oracle-based platforms, ensuring the quality and consistency of document management processes. This role combines content creation and oversight with technical implementation in content management systems (CMS), web services, and integrated processes in Oracle. Collaboration with technical teams will be essential to ensure the efficient delivery of content-driven solutions.
- Content Management:
- Create, organize, and manage content in Oracle-based CMS platforms, ensuring proper document configuration and structure.
- Set up user access, define new documents, and manage document metadata, ensuring that workflows are optimized.
- Oversee the quality and relevance of existing content, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Web Services and Integration Management:
- Collaborate in the creation and integration of web services that interact with content, managing APIs and processes that automatically deposit documents into the CMS.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of services that optimize the interaction between content and Oracle systems.
- Collaboration with Technical and Business Stakeholders:
- Serve as the point of contact between technical and business teams to ensure client needs are reflected in the implemented solutions.
- Coordinate with development and IT teams to ensure content workflows align with operational needs and technical requirements.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Define and optimize document management processes, ensuring that workflows and content management meet efficiency standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the user experience in content management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Development, or related fields.
Experience:
- Proven experience managing content using Oracle platforms such as Oracle WebCenter Content or Oracle Fusion.
- Advanced knowledge of web services, API integration, and document management workflows within CMS environments.
- Experience in user administration, document creation, and managing document metadata in Oracle systems.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with web services integration and generating automated processes that interact with content platforms.
