The Job

Warner Bros. is hiring a Senior Analyst, IT Security Compliance for its Global Information and Content Security (GICS) team. The role involves leading and supporting Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance audits globally, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations. The candidate will manage risk mitigation, process improvements, and develop a comprehensive compliance program.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cybersecurity Compliance:

    • Conduct PCI assessments, audits, and control testing (e.g., PCI 4.0 types: SAQ-A, ROC, SAQ-D).
    • Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities, including ASV scanning issues.
    • Oversee compliance with laws, policies, and best practices while driving process improvements.
  2. Collaboration:

    • Lead meetings, track project progress, and communicate risks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance impact and improve workflows.
  3. Reporting:

    • Track compliance metrics and audit statuses.
    • Prepare detailed reports on findings, risks, and corrective actions.

    1. Qualifications:
  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
    • 4+ years in audit/compliance (PCI-specific experience required).
    • Certification (e.g., CISA, PCIP, CISM, CISSP).
    • Expertise in PCI, SOX, SSAE 18, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Preferred:

    • Big 4 experience or experience in media, tech, or entertainment industries.
    • Familiarity with streaming services, visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and global company operations.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

This role contributes to securing Warner Bros.’ diverse payment systems, including retail, subscriptions, and physical locations, while cultivating a strong security culture across the organization.
