We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a .Net Support Specialist



·          Provide first-line technical support for internal users across various insurance applications.

·          Troubleshoot and diagnose application incidents according to established procedures.

·          Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.

·          Very good knowledge and experience with ITIL service management principles to maintain a high level of service quality.

·          Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.

·          Collaborate with developers to diagnose and escalate complex application issues.

·          Perform medium/complex SQL queries to extract relevant data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.

·          Review and debug code written in .NET to identify and resolve application errors. (Desirable)

·          Maintain a strong understanding of insurance industry workflows and how they relate to supported applications.

·          Participate in knowledge transfer activities and stay current with evolving technologies.



·          Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·          3 to 5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on the insurance or financial industry (preferred).

·          Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving application incidents.

·          Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles.

·          Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident management.

·          Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write basic queries.

·          Experience with .NET development and debugging skills. (Desirable)

·          Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·          Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

·          Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·          A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with technology trends.

·          English Level: Minimum B1
