MlOps Engineer | Remote LATAM en Crossbridge

We are looking for an MLOps Engineer to own the machine learning deployment pipeline , designing and implementating a secure and scalable infrastructure for deploying ML models into production.

• Own the ML deployment pipeline and deployment infrastructure
• Design deployment strategies for Docker , scikit-learn/XGBoost , and PyTorch models
• Ensure security of proprietary data and access management
• Automate testing, enforce code quality, and apply engineering best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps or similar roles
• Proven experience deploying ML models to production
• Strong background in Software Engineering and architecture
• Experience with Linux, Docker, and distributed systems
• Experience with SQL databases
• Familiarity with AWS (basic) and Terraform
• Advanced English (required)

• Experience with PyTorch
• MLOps experience in pharma or life sciences
