We’re looking for a Middle IT Recruiter with high growth potential and the opportunity to elevate recruitment to the next level.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in Mexico;
· Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written);
· Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms;
· Experience in communication with clients, support of candidates at all stages of the recruitment process;
· Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multinational companies in Mexico;
· Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as ATS.
Will be a plus:
· Practical sales experience — will be a big advantage;
· Previous experience with foreign markets;
Responsibilities:
· Managing full-cycle recruitment processes;
· Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the Mexico labor market;
· Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market;
· Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values;
