Lead Senior Full Stack Developer - Remoto en Crossbridge

We are an agile team building a robust, high-performance web application using Next.js,

modern React, and high-quality TypeScript. Your role on our team will focus primarily on

backend development. As a full-stack developer with a backend specialization, we expect

you to take the lead in architecting our backend applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in full-stack development.
• In depth experience with NodeJS backend development.
• Expert in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience working on agile teams using Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience architecting backend solutions including data modeling, API design,
• and infrastructure planning
• Experience with implementing PaaS and SaaS solutions into your applications (AWS,
• database providers, queue/job management, etc.)
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub
• Actions).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and lead the architecture of our backend systems - from data modeling and API
• design to infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with the Design and Product team to define requirements and prioritize
• tasks.
• Own the testing, QA, and CI processes to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve your own work and contribute to the
• improvement of others. We value proactive refactoring and open discussions around
• new tools, design patterns, and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work autonomously and confidently with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities. 
• Use Jira and Confluence to track tasks, document processes, and contribute to team knowledge. 
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
