What you’ll do?
- Good experience in handling user queries and providing resolutions by thoroughly understanding the SOP and knowledge base
- Immediate response to service tickets and work through the process to understand the user problem and resolution
- Insurance Domain Application knowledge Underwriting Claims is a MUST
What you’ll bring:
- Support only in English language English Good in both writing and speaking is a MUST
- Capture information and complete problem analysis Provide day to day troubleshooting and proactive advice on process improvements
- Complete all regular scheduled tasks per the applicable Service Level Agreements Provide monitoring support during IT system maintenance and implementations to resolve queries to the user group.
