Job Summary

We currently have a career opportunity for a  Junior Business Analyst  to join our team located in Monterrey, Mexico. The role of the  Jr. BA  is for individuals passionate about identifying and delivering the right business solution for each client. Our  Jr. BA  have a keen business orientation with an understanding of how technology can be effectively applied to meet a variety of business needs.

To Rock This Role, You Should:

• Coordinate with client's Financial Advisors to ensure successful implementation of the client application.
• Coordinate with the different teams and vendors that are involved in the end to end implementation process.
• Invite Advisors to participate in the campaign, provide clear instructions and clarify any questions that may arise.
• Monitor the implementation process and provide ongoing support to Advisors via email and phone calls.
• Track and record progress using tools such as Excel, Jira, and other tracking systems.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the implementation.
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks during the implementation process.
• Ensure that all implementation activities are completed on time and within scope.
• Flexibility to play different support roles within the team to guarantee the flow of implementation work.

What do you need to come aboard?

• Bachelor's degree  in Information Technology, or a related Business field.
• Proven experience  as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in projects implementation.
• Strong communication skills , both written and verbal, to effectively interact with client, advisors and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills  with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using tracking tools  such as Excel, JIRA and other project management software.
• Problem-solving skills  to identify and address issues during the implementation process.
• Attention to detail  to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress.
• Ability to work independently  as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset  with a focus on providing exceptional support and service to clients.
• Fluid English  to ensure clear and effective communication (B2/C1).
• Experience in customer support or service is desirable.
• Location:  Monterrey, México  ( hybrid  scheme).
