Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Implement and enforce agile principles and practices to enhance team productivity and delivery.
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software project management, with a focus on agile methodologies.
• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for development teams. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management principles.
• Communication and Leadership.
• Technical Knowledge.
