IT Project Manager Agile Senior - Híbrido

We are an international company seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across our organization.

Responsibilities
●Maintain a centralized view of all product initiatives, timelines, and milestones.
●Facilitate collaboration across Product, Development, Marketing, Data, and Operations teams.
●Monitor project progress and generate status reports for leadership highlighting
progress, issues, and next steps.
●Support Product Owners in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization
alignment.
●Promote adherence to project management best practices, tools, and documentation
standards (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, or Asana).
●Drive process improvement initiatives

Requirements

● Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment.

● 3-5 Years of experience in Software, Product, IT projects.

● Excellent communication in english (C1 required), facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

● Enthusiasm for process improvement, Lean methodologies, and cross-team

collaboration.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

● Scrum Master (CSM) and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

● Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana.
