IT Manager — Infrastructure & Automation On-site | Mexico City

About the role

We're looking for a senior IT Manager to lead and scale the technology infrastructure that powers our marketing, lead generation, and operations systems.

This is a high-impact role where you'll combine architecture, hands-on execution, and team leadership. You'll serve as the bridge between business and technology, working directly with Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to turn business needs into scalable, automated systems.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record: you've built technical teams, made architecture decisions with real impact, and know when to execute directly and when to delegate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical team, setting priorities and ensuring delivery
• Guarantee continuous lead flow from Meta/Facebook Ads into the CRM
• Manage and optimize integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Diagnose and resolve failures in integrations and data flows
• Design and implement automated workflows using Zapier and Python
• Oversee the continuity of websites, hosting, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Maintain administrative control over platforms, access, and credentials
• Document system architecture, processes, and diagnostic protocols
• Evaluate new tools and vendors to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or critical systems administration
• Proven experience leading technical teams (at least 2–3 direct reports)
• Solid experience with CRM integrations and REST APIs
