Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager for Service and Solutions to oversee the business aspects of our service and solutions division. This role involves strategic planning, financial management , client relationship management, and team leadership to ensure the division's su ccess. The focus areas include a ssistive robot services, application development, banking products and technical services for technology projects.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the service and solutions division.  

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.  

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services and solutions.  

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.  

  • Service & Solutions Development: Oversee the development of the solutions under your care.   

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and lead negotiations to secure new contracts.  

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.  

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in all service and solution offerings.  

Requirements:  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required .  

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in the industry, with a focus on service and solutions management.  

  • Skills:  

  • Strong strategic planning and financial management abilities.  

  • Excellent client relationship management skills.  

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.  

  • Knowledge of assistive robot services, application development, banking and technical services.  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
