We are seeking an experienced  IT Senior Cloud Consultant  to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in  Mexico .

Requirements

• 3 - 6+ years of hands-on experience in  Cloud Services  and  network configuration .
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Conversational to fluent proficiency in English.
• 1+ years of advanced  Office 365  experience preferred.
• Solid experience in support management roles preferred.
• Familiarity with  Microsoft Azure Active Directory  preferred.
• Background in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role.
• Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with projects and assignments.
• Capacity to quickly learn and support new technologies, as well as train others.
• Energetic, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with others.

Main Activities

• Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments.
• Implement Azure AD Environments.
• Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services, including Enterprise and Mobility solutions.
• Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments.
• Maintain On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments, including Group Policies.
• Execute deployment of infrastructure improvements on client environments.
• Assist in maintaining and deploying various client applications and environments.
• Lead initiatives for researching and deploying new applications.
• Drive IT projects for clients, ensuring successful implementation.
• Coordinate and manage various IT staff and operations.
• Provide guidance and leadership as a senior team member.
• Assist in managing support services and related deliverables.
• Collaborate with end-users and vendors to support applications and environments.
• Engage with client stakeholders on strategy and vision.
• Regularly meet with clients, attend client meetings, and interact with executive management.
• Support client initiatives both remotely and on-premise.
• Conduct routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments.
