Your Job

We are seeking a Senior Software/Integration Engineer to join our HR Technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions to integrate various HR systems, enhancing data flow, onboard emerging technologies, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Providing data and integrations related solutioning and troubleshooting to different workstreams and customers
• Innovating, optimizing, and automating existing technology and processes—challenging the status quo
• Hands-on solving for complex problems related to data and integrations for projects, enhancements, and support
• Working with functional and technical teams across different organizations through the globe
• Planning and estimating work around enhancements and initiatives
• Staying connected to internal and market trends in technology advances or opportunities
• Utilizing strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills to discuss requirements, support, status updates, etc. to audiences with varying levels of IT knowledge
• Participate and at times lead data and integration on small to large projects
• Maintaining development and data standards across the enterprise for HR Technology

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in one of the following:
• Experience in integration tools, such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi or any other reputable API based integration platform
• Experience in integration platforms, such as Infor, SAP, DayForce, Workday
• Implementation and/or support of global integration projects.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience working with Infor products (GHR, ION, Data Lake)
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries
• Good understanding of AWS and related technologies
• Experience in HCM (HR, Payroll, Time)
