Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with advanced robotic technologies and play a key part in the implementation and support of our solutions. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential, as you will work closely with diverse clients and teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Assistive Robot Services: Provide assistive robot services to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Application Implementation: Implement applications for robots leveraging analytics and artificial intelligence.
  • Customer Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions according to the project scope.
  • Technical Services: Deliver specialized engineering and technical services for robot projects.
  • Pre-sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities for robotic technology services and solutions.
  • Configuration: Configure robotic models as defined in implementation projects, ensuring they meet client-approved specifications and coordinating with project leaders.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct field tests to validate the functionality of configured robotic solutions.
  • Research and Development: Perform research, analysis, and studies on emerging robotic technologies, contributing to the development of new solutions.
  • Support: Provide second-level support for incident management related to robotic solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and report work progress to project leaders, ensuring transparency and accountability.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Final-year student of Mechatronics Engineering (9th or 10th semester).
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Solid foundation in mechatronics engineering.
    • Ability to implement and troubleshoot robotic systems.
    • Hands-on experience with robotic systems (preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
