The Challenge:

Lead and govern the organization’s project and delivery ecosystem through an Agile PMO model, ensuring the effective management of portfolios, programs, and projects. The role is accountable for defining strategy, governance, and execution frameworks that integrate Agile practices with existing processes and compliance requirements, in order to enhance delivery effectiveness, organizational agility, and business value.

Key Roles and Responsabilities:

1.        Develop and implement an Agile transformation strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and enable sustainable organizational agility.

2.       Foster an Agile culture within the organization to strengthen adaptability and continuous improvement across teams.

3.       Mentor and coach PMO staff and project teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices to increase delivery effectiveness and maturity in Agile execution.

4.       Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and benefits of Agile methodologies.

5.       Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and remove impediments to project progress.

6.        Implement and manage agile work teams (DevSecOps) focused on product delivery to ensure effective governance and operational excellence in software delivery .

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bussines Administration or related field

Full professional English to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in project, program and portfolio management

·        At least 5 years leading enterprise‑level delivery or transformation initiatives

·        Proven experience operating at senior leadership level across business and IT

·        Strategic leadership in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments

·        Portfolio prioritization and resource governance

·        Executive decision‑making under ambiguity

·        Design and implementation of enterprise delivery frameworks

·        Advanced stakeholder management at LT and SMT level
