About the Role

We seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Data Engineering and Software Development. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing our information retrieval and generation capabilities, with hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLM). Proficiency in Azure AI Search, Databricks, and multimodal data processing is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a robust framework for data ingestion (including vector databases and text-to-SQL), ensuring seamless integration and accessibility of data consumed by an LLM-based chatbot to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize RAG models to enhance information retrieval and generation using AI/ML.

• Build efficient search solutions with Azure AI Search.

• Prepare structured and unstructured data to support RAG workflows.

• Integrate multimodal data (e.g., text, images) to improve retrieval capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data into the retrieval ecosystem.

• Ensure scalability and performance using MLOps best practices.

• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data engineering.

• Implement advanced indexing with Azure AI to improve data accessibility.

• Support chatbot development using RAG and LLM technologies for customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable machine learning models in production environments.

• Proficiency in Azure AI, Databricks, and other relevant tools and technologies used in AI and ML solution development.

• Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, and data warehousing solutions.

• Proficiency in Python for data processing, model development, and integration tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI and ML solutions, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

• Solid foundation in Data Science, MLOps, and Data Engineering practices.
