Full Stack Engineer React Middle - Remoto en Crossbridge

This role requires an engineer who thrives on ownership, communication, and technical excellence. We’re looking for professionals who have already been embedded within U.S. software companies, familiar with their engineering culture, agile processes, and production standards.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems using Node.js, and front-end systems using React.js. 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers in the U.S. to define architecture and deliver high-impact features. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack. 
• Participate in design and code reviews, sharing feedback constructively.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing codebases. 
• Contribute to technical decisions that shape the project’s foundation and scalability. 
• Communicate clearly and proactively in daily collaboration and async discussions.
  
  Requirements: 
• 5+ years of software development experience. 
• Strong experience with Typescript in both BE and FE. 
• At least 5 years of experience with NodeJs frameworks and ReactJs. 
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to articulate and implement best practices and software design patterns. 
• At least 5 years of experience (Combined) with at least one of these database technologies, including PostgreSQL,MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB). 
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• Interest in learning new technologies and languages as needed. 
• Willingness to embrace and leverage AI technologies.
• English fluency is mandatory.
• Highly preferable to have worked in embedded U.S. software companies.
